This used to be our wedding website. We used it to keep our guests informed and to invite them to our celebration, which was supposed to be held on August 29th, 2020. As you can guess, that plan didn't work out. Chalk it up to a global pandemic. But here's what did happen: 

We still wanted to get married, so with no indicator of when the pandemic might end, we decided to take matters into our own hands. We found a venue in the hills of Mt. Diablo, California, which graciously let us use it free of charge. And with just our parents (and our photographer, Phil), we tied the knot in a simple, intimate ceremony. 

It wasn't what we originally pictured for our wedding, but it was perfect for us. I guess it was Bermant to be.
